How to return a product to us.
You can return a product ordered from Krystal London within 14 days of receipt, however, the product must show no traces of being worn or damaged. We are unfortunately unable to accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you find a fault on a product when you receive it from us just drop us an email at email@example.com. We have really high quality standards so we do not envisage any issues but please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and we'll help where we can!
We'll never turn you away if you're the proud owner of a piece of Krystal jewellery. As long as you have proof that it has been purchased through us we'll try and help. If you've had an accident with the jewellery and it is damaged then get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll advise you on the best steps going forward. We may be able to fix things and there may be a charge, but we'll be honest and want you to enjoy wearing the jewellery so we will help where possible.
We are unable to offer free returns and would recommend returning the products with some sort of insurance just so that you are able to ensure that the products arrive back safely. The transaction will only be reversed once the goods have arrived back to Krystal London.
